These terms govern your use of Launchreel (launchreel.co). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Launchreel generates short motion graphics videos from a website URL you provide, using AI. Output can vary and may contain mistakes. Review every video before you publish it.
Your responsibilities
- Only submit URLs for products you own or are authorized to promote.
- Don't use Launchreel to create misleading, infringing, unlawful or harmful content, or try to disrupt or abuse the service.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and billing
- Videos are paid for before they render: the Share edition ($9) carries a small “Made with launchreel.co” badge, the Clean edition ($19) doesn't. You can remove the badge from a Share edition later for $10.
- If a render fails, the payment for that video is refunded automatically.
- Pro ($49/mo, billed through Stripe) includes 5 new videos per billing period, with no badges and downloads for all your videos. Unused videos don't roll over. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from "Manage billing". Access continues until the end of the paid period. Apart from automatic refunds for failed renders, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Ownership and public pages
You own the videos generated for you and may use them commercially. You grant us a license to host and display each video, including on its public page and in the gallery on launchreel.co, so we can operate and promote the service. Your product's names, logos and trademarks remain yours or their owners'.
Termination
You can stop using Launchreel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
